Former Chairman Ben Powell joined the REC in April 2012 and then proceeded to host a Lincoln Day Dinner (the GOP fundraising event) to which no detailed report regarding the money raised and a $10,000 consultant fee was also paid out by him directly to a mysterious figure who no one knows...

BONUS - Disturbing video of political intimidation: Paul Crespo vs David Rivera & the Miami-Dade REC

July 18, 2010: Chairman David Rivera, held an open candidate forum where nearly two dozen Republican candidates were allowed to speak for two minutes each. Crespo used his time to call out Rivera for abusing his position as Party Chairman while running against fellow Republicans, and respectfully asked him to resign for the good of the Party.
